Legs R Us – How to Get Nice Hot Beautiful Legs – Warning, do not make this 1 mistake
I figure if Toys R Us and Kids R Us can have the "R Us" in its name, this article can too. This article is the point blank to get nice, hot, beautiful legs of women.
However, I point out 1 mistake I see all the time from women trying to get from Nice legs, which loses much of its time and actually ruins any potential for big legs.
The first mistake …
Rule # 1: Do not ever run long distance, EVER!
Undoubtedly, long distance running thin legs … but there is a cost in doing so. That costs … you'll lose muscle mass in their legs. Distance running is very catabolic (breaks down and eats the muscle).
If you're trying to lose weight, which is a big no-no. Why? Because each pound of muscle burns 30-50 calories a day more than a pound of fat … while do nothing. In other words, the rate of muscle metabolism. So losing muscle undoubtedly slower metabolism.
Rule # 2: crouching, stooping and squatting a little more
For nice beautiful legs, you need to squat. Squats reveal all muscles and their ways … Basically, give you beautiful, shapely legs that are nice to look … unlike the shapeless skinny legs are not sexy. 5 series of 10 reps twice a week is ideal.
Rule # 3: Can deadlifts
You know the right area in which the legs meet your butt, it does give the area.
Well, take off of work the area pretty much better than any other exercise to reaffirm and up the ass … while flowing your legs right at the rear. This not only makes your ass look sexy, but it makes for great legs. Again, do 5 sets of 10 repetitions twice a week.
So if you follow my rules above 3 simple, allows you to open the next franchise Legs R Us. Cost: free. In all seriousness, if you want nice legs, all you need do is what a few weeks earlier. The results come quickly. Prove me wrong!
