Should I buy a clarinet JollyWorld?
Recently I have been trying to find a yellow clarinet and I found one! It is cheap and a beautiful color, I do not know the quality of it? It is from World Jolly. That's all you get – a color you like. I strongly discourage purchasing colored clarinets, because they are most likely made for the marketing and not quality. Also – a brand name like "World Jolly" throw a red flag for me. How many times have you heard of that brand? When you buy something "unknown" that you are taking a risk the money – which outside brands often do not make replacement parts, so if you break a key, a platform of losing, you may be unable to fix it. That $ 130 is flushed down the drain. Parts of the marks are not generally interchangeable – so a Yamaha key will not fit a key World Jolly. Why buy something from a known brand? Marks made known for a reason – and the most popular are known by some kind of instrument quality. For example, I am a clarinet – clarinet popular brands in the world where I was buffet and Yamaha. Why? The quality of the instrument is great – reliable, sturdy, and I know that if I buy one of those tools that I will get the tone of the quality and response is expected of me as a performer and I hope to get out of my instruments. The off-brands do not have the same quality. Secondly – if still playing in ten years, and you choose to audition for a local group, you really want to come with a bright yellow clarinet? It can be fun for the bands running, but if you are trying to join a group that will make things very difficult. If you walk with a yellow horn managers know they do not have a good sound quality right off the bat. Also – take a look at the description. I know that the line of Vito – LeBlanc's property – clarinets color produced in the 70 and 80 (known as the Dazzlers). Vito is actually a decent student online, so if you have your heart set on something dead color, Vito is your best option. I discourage you from buying it. master music, clarinetist.
