What tried and true method has worked best for you when cleaning up after your pets?
When you are cleaning up after your pets what is the ONE thing that has ALWAYS worked the best?
Me personally…I’ve tried about everything. But the good old tried and true methods for me are:
Baking soda and vinegar…works EVERY time
Previously I’ve used: A TON of stupid air freshners…overdoses of candles/reed diffusers/homemade remedies
Mr. Clean…You really can’t beat him! I’ve tried SO many cleaners…but he does the job well!
Nature’s Miracle..rather new but is a MUST in my cabinet! Just in case of an “accident” or two…NOTHING else works as well or gets rid of the smell as completely as Nature’s does.
And just tonight…after many months of depending on a soft mop for wood floors (they SUCK at scrubbing) and trying the “Wet Jets/Ready Mops/all the new and (expensive) methods…I broke down and bought a crappy $4.00 floor mop…WORKS LIKE A CHARM. Huh…who’d have thought?
What has always worked for you no matter what?
Dyson vacuum cleaner–That guy should be sainted. I sprinkle baking soda first.
Greased Lighting’ for the wall slobber.
Towel by the door for muddy feet
3 towels in the laundry room for them to wipe their mouth on after meals
Resolve high traffic carpet cleaner.
I never use air fresheners since I have parrots.
